• we add a small office
• the house got a new roof and a new wide column entrace
• new driveway and entance pavers
• SAMSUNG 46" TV in living room
• VISIO 37" TV in master bedroom
• new pool cover for the winter season available
• 4 new Rattan chaise loungers with tea table
• all beds got new mattresses
• TVs have NETFLIX account installed
• new flat roof in patio area

What do we plan in the future?

• the outdoor area shall get a poolside tiki bar
• and other things that improve the amneties and attractiveness of the house
